Placed the order on September 20 and have not heard anything since then.
I only received a voice message when I used your service to place this call. It said to check my order outline and that everything would be shipped within seven days of placing the order. Well, its way past seven days and I do not have the order and no information as to whether its even been shipped.

There was no way to contact Sundance other than by email. They initially responded with a ID number and said they would reply within 3 to 5 days, but no response ever came not even after a follow-up email.
The business then closed and filed for bankruptcy, leaving long-time loyal customers like myself in the dark.
To make matters worse, my beloved Robert Redford, the founder of Sundance, passed away. I cant imagine this is the legacy he would have wanted.

They haven't fulfilled my order nor returned my money and they don't answer the phone or emails! Beware!

Order from other companies. The jewelry is quite artistic.
If you want to not pay Sundance prices, buy somewhere else. I have purchased for 20 years. Never had a problem with my orders. I am 71 years old.
Don't look my age. I firmly believe it is because of people like Mr. Redford that make me look young. I'm so saddened by this news.
I always received money off my next purchase. Instead of being negative, order from other catalogs.
You will see the difference. Thank you, Sundance, for making me look great.

Called and emailed again yesterday. Phone agent said refund should have been issued.
Agent said issue would be escalated to supervisor and I'd hear back within the day. Still nothing. They owe me $222.19. There is some problem they are ignoring.
I would like my refund. Fair is fair. Necklace was sent back April 9; they said it was received April 15th. This is way past the return day.
I have no necklace and no money. I am completely disgusted with Sundance, a company I have shopped with for years.
This is how they are treating a loyal customer. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Returned merchandise is taking a ridiculous amount of time to be refunded. Numerous phone calls, emails, and chat conversations, and still no refund.
I will not be buying from them any longer.
Buyer beware if something doesn't work out. A complete hassle waiting for a refund on top of shipping and return charges.

Do not trust Sundanc. It has poor customer service and will not fix its errors.
Slow shipping. Wrong items.
When I finally reached a customer service agent, after trying for hours, they were extremely gruff and not helpful. I will not support this company ever again, even if tempted by their beautiful catalogue.

Takes 6 + weeks to get a refund after they receive merchandise back
Sundance Catalog has changed their name to Sundance Living.
Expect to wait up to 2 months for a refund AFTER the items are received by them. I returned 2 clothing items delivered to them on 28 April.
I was told today they are currently working on returns received 12-14 April which is 6 weeks ago.
I was told it will be around a month from today before they will be working on returns received on 28 April. Six plus weeks for a refund is ridiculous.

I ordered several items from Sundance over the years and had no problems. I ordered several items from the sale and have not received jewelry orders.
I ordered the Black Mustang Earrings on August 22nd and have not received them! If you send an email they say they will respond in 3-5 days and they never respond!
