I have purchase a lot from Sundance the past few months. Two items were defective and I sent them back. I have called twice in the past two weeks asking for my refund but my credit card has still not been credited. I am getting concerned as the returns were made a long time ago and customer service tells me I will get my credit "next week". Always next week but no credit shows up on my card.

I received a dirty scratched pair of Kork Ease Susie wedge shoes in red today. Black marks all over the shoes. They were ordered for an important event, and this was a huge inconvenience. I am very disappointed. Customer service was rude and not willing to help. I feel I should receive an immediate refund. If not, they have lost a good customer.
